They say the first sentence of one of these things is the hardest to write. There, I'm glad that's over...

As for me, I'm a pretty unique 31 year old guy that has had an exciting life/career that has allowed me to travel a lot and spend time all over the US. As a result, I've acquired interests in many things and find it hard to fit in with any one type of social group. I'm a huge sports fan (NFL, MLB & NBA) and at the same time into what I guess you would consider nerdy things (Video Games, Sci-Fi, Comic Books, etc.) I'm also really into 80's movies (Back to the Future, Ghostbusters, etc.)

I'm not a partier/drinker and would much rather go do something artistic/educational/intellect ual/recreational than to go to a bar or a club. I'm not opposed to having a drink now and then, but would much rather enjoy it at home with you! In fact, most of the time, I'd probably rather just have coffee. It is delicious :)

I've never been married and have no kids. I am from the south but do not identify myself as a southerner since I do not have much in common with the typical southern person in terms of interests/activities I find appealing. I don't have any tattoos and have no interest in getting any. I've been a home owner since I was 25 and have lived in the same house my whole life. I am pretty quiet and conservative, stable and content with where my life is at and the direction it's going professionally at this time.

I guess I'm here because I'd like to find someone that enjoys just hanging out and being together. I don't really have a litmus test as to what I'm looking for since I've never dated the same type of girl twice. I just prefer girls that are intelligent, educated, sober and a little on the nerdy and/or sporty side!

I usually take things pretty slow and wouldn't be rushing to meet anyone that quickly anyway, I'm a pretty reserved person and it takes me a while to feel comfortable with someone.
