What I consider important in any relationship:

I like to learn new things, and am always involved with or learning something new. I also work out with weights, run, and am into nutrition. I like reading non fiction (like Malcolm Gladwell, or Dale Carnegie). I also like investigating mysteries of all kinds. I often help people with legal issues, and enjoy a good detective (Film Noir) movie, and some Sci-Fi. I work full time for Johnson County. I like to be a Jack of all trades, and am mechanically inclined, and would rather do, fix, or repair something myself if I can, rather then have someone else do it; especially when it comes to doing work on my house, or my cars. I also enjoy buying and selling on Ebay for myself and others. I am a member of the Cedar Astronomy Association. I like space like Hans zimmer, Constance Demby, Kitaro; and progressive rock like the Moody Blues, Alan Parsons Project, and Pink Floyd. I also like a lot of rock songs around the 80's. I am introspective, unconventional, creative, caring, logical, a planner, have a good sense of humor, and have a enough practical intelligence and experience to realize that when in a relationship, if you are not friends also, the relationship isn't going to work. For those of you who are knowledgeable on the Myers-Briggs Personality Inventory, I am an INTJ. I go to the Barn-Contra and English Country dances that are held at the Senior Center (for all ages) in Iowa City. A great place to meet for the first time.
